  1. Sales Administrative Assistant

    Reports to Director of Sales and Marketing

     

    Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly

     

    Education/Experience: High School Diploma. Minimum of five years experience in an office environment providing administrative support.

     

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    • Possess mindset and/or experience working for a family-owned business in a manufacturing environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Knowledge of Oracle Database or similar product preferred.

     

    Primary responsibilities:

    • Provide all areas of administrative support and assistance to Trion Sales Team.
    • Complete all clerical requests and assigned duties in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Provide backup for Sales Coordinators as needed. Including, but not limited to, checking emails, voicemails, customer requests, and helping sales people.
